Browse our standalone products to find our hourly fees, as well as “Day Of” services that help to supplement your Wedding and other Event Packages, and provide more in-depth servicing when and where needed.

  • Hourly Rate – $60 / hour (2-hour minimum)

    This is the package for the bride, that doesn’t know where to start or has made her own plans, believes she has everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything with her. The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. This is perfect for the bride that wants the guidance of a wedding planner without purchasing a package. We will meet at the destination you choose and go over any questions you may have.

  • Day-Of Coordination (Starting at $900)

    Work with our professional team to:

    1. Develop, update & manage Event Timeline
    2. Develop & manage Wedding Day Checklist
    3. Develop and manage Production Schedule (including vendor set-up and strike)
    4. Final Event Timeline & Details Meeting

    Coordinating the logistics and details:

    1. Ceremony and Reception site walk-thru (Client secures location(s)
    2. Floor plan assistance
    3. Assist in planning Ceremony flow & formation
    4. Coordinating the details with your contracted vendors
    5. Review vendor contracts (Client secures vendors)
    6. Coordinate logistics with venue & vendors
    7. Distribute & review approved Event Timeline and Production Schedule
    8. Final vendor confirmations
    9. Providing on-going professional guidance:On-going communication

    Execution Phase: Coordinating your Rehearsal:

    1. Orchestrate Ceremony Rehearsal (or support church coordinator)
    2. Distribute and review Event Timeline with Wedding Party
    3. Review/deliver personal items
    4. Coordinating and executing your wedding day:
    5. Oversee set up of Ceremony and Reception site(s) • Set up all personal items (including programs favors, escort cards, cake items, etc.)
    6. Distribute personal flowers
    7. Coordinate & execute flow of Ceremony & Reception
    8. Coordinate Reception formalities
    9. Oversee all vendor commitments
    10. Deliver final payment and/or gratuities to vendors
    11. Ensure all Ceremony & Reception items are packed
    12. Provide Emergency Kit
